Two years against anything that is our fault, and a lifetime of care for everything else.
The warranty
Two years from delivery against manufacturing defects: a setting that loosens, a clasp that fails, a finish that lifts. We repair or replace.
It does not cover accidental damage, loss, or wear from ordinary use. Nothing is voided by wearing the piece.
Your record
Every piece is recorded against your account with its reference, metal, stone weights, certificate and full service history. If a piece is ever lost or stolen, that record is what an insurer will ask for.
